God says: “Walk with Me daily.”
The world says: “Earn your worth through results.”
God says: “Your worth was settled on the Cross.”
When your health is rooted in your identity in Christ, your goals stop being a finish line and start being a lifestyle.

A Prayer for Your Faith and Fitness
Dear God,
Thank You for creating our bodies as temples for Your Spirit. Help us to stop striving in our own strength and start seeking You in every choice we make — from what we eat to how we move to how we speak to ourselves. Remind us that our worth is not measured by a scale or a mirror, but by the sacrifice of Jesus on the Cross. Give us the courage to let go of perfection and embrace Your presence. May our health become worship, and may our daily steps honor You.
